CLAUDIA RICHMAN | Founder, Principal & Change Artist
Before founding her own consultancy specializing in helping creative and entrepreneurial organizations gracefully navigate change, Claudia spent over 20 years in various project management and operations leadership roles in large and small organizations at all phases of maturity in the advertising, finance, and tech industries—including three years as COO of a respected software consultancy.
Armed with an MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, Claudia brings a diverse range of skills and expertise to growth planning and management. She creates structures and processes that are sustainable, long-term solutions designed to scale as your company grows, and every recommendation is made with an eye toward inclusivity, minimizing systemic biases, and reflecting your organization’s values and priorities. Claudia’s unique gift is making the process enjoyable and rewarding for you, and ultimately creating a fun workplace for your staff that inspires and motivates them to do their best as you all grow forward together.
